Bebi Belle is not responsible for damaged or melted product.
No refunds or new products will be sent due to that reason. Various measures are taken when packaging your products/items to prevent melting of butters and damaged products.
If your butters reached you melted, please place it in the refrigerator or let cool at room temperature to solidify and use as is. It still works for your body the same way.
Due to the ongoing global pandemic of covid-19, the shipping times may extend out a bit longer than expected. A tracking number and updates on your order will be sent out via email as we go through the steps of getting your orders to you. Please be patient while we do our very best to get your orders out to you the quickest way possible.
ORDERS
- Once orders have been place, you have accepted our Terms.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been received. If there are any changes to be made, please contact us via email at bebi@bebibelle.com.
- Products with colorants may have slight variations as all our products are made by hand.
SHIPPING + PROCESSING
- Processing on all orders takes approximately 1-14 business days, excluding weekends.
- Once processed, Shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days.
- For international orders, shipping takes approximately 5-15 business days.
- Tracking numbers are sent out to you automatically once shipping labels have been printed (this happens within the processing time). Once ups receives the packages, then the shipping time starts and you see movement of your package with the tracking numbers.
- If your order is returned and/or undeliverable to provided address, you will be responsible for paying for re-shipping. Please take the time to ensure that shipping address is inputted correctly.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost on its way to you, please contact your local ups.
REFUNDS
- All sales are FINAL.
- Bebi Belle does not accept returns due to sanitary reasons and how personal I products are.
- If there is a problem with your order or an incorrect item was received, please email us at bebi@bebibelle.com to resolve it the best way possible.
