SHIPPING and PROCESSING
- Processing on all orders takes approximately 1-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once processed, Shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days.
- For international orders, shipping takes approximately 5-15 business days.
- Tracking numbers are sent out to you automatically once shipping labels have been printed (this happens within the processing time). Once postal services receive the packages, then the shipping time starts, and you see movement of your package with the tracking numbers.
- If your order is returned and/or undeliverable to provided address, you will be responsible for paying for re-shipping. Please take the time to ensure that shipping address is inputted correctly.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost on its way to you, please contact your local ups.
